Interview with Fox TV

April 6, 2007

Yesterday I conducted a workshop for 10 entrepreneurs titled ARE YOU LIVING YOUR PASSION?

 What a loaded question??

Most of us don’t have a clue what our passion is

My point is to discover your ingredients by asking the right questions or knowing someone that knows how to ask you the right questions so you discover what you don’t like and what you do like in your lifestyle and in your career.

One question is “What was your favorite job EVER and why”?  That is a revealing question about your independence, work ethic, many things

Another is “What came easy for you but for others it seemed harder”?

Start asking yourself living questions like “What do I REALLY want”?? and you will be surprised daily what might come up for you

For now…… have a wonderful Easter Holiday

Buy a Jet

March 31, 2007

I just had the opportunity to meet with some gentleman out of Tennessee that sell Jets………Did you know you did not have to buy your own jet?  You could actually  own 1/16 part of a jet which is much more affordable and a wonderful tax write off for your company

I was blown away with the concept and with the ease of how it all could happen.  We arrived at the Scottsdale AZ airport walked out to the jet (no security lines) and stepped into an office in the air.

Definitely something to consider if you like jetting around the country in your own plane

Interview with Paul Scheele

March 22, 2007

Last night I interviewed “how the brain works” guru Paul Scheele and I wanted to share what he consider the 4  behaviors needed for success

1.  Deep conviction that you will attain your goal,  Have a clear image that your goal has already been achieved

2.  Maintain the powerful belief that you can do it.  If you don’t believe you can be or have something …you are right.

3.  Gain access to skill sets necessary by modelling others that have done what you want to do.

4.  Refill your reservoir of energy  with a 2-3 minute energy boost wherever you are.  Such as breathing techniques, meditation etc,.

I thought they were so interesting yet simple steps for all of us to take to get what it is we all want in our personal and professional lives

See you soon……….Patricia

Hello world!

February 9, 2007

When I was originally asked the question What should I be when I grow up? I was just starting in the Personnel industry and the person asking me the question was a 28 year old man.  Now after 20 years owning my own recruiting and staffing firm, I get asked this question daily but now the age is anywhere from 30-70.   Why is this happening to people in this age group.   We want more out of life than we are getting in our careers.

We want to do something that has a purpose, gives us pleasure and makes us feel valuable.  If these are some of the thoughts you have had feel free to write back with your comments in feedback.

I would love to start communicating with you.

Respectfully

Patricia
