Hello world!
February 9, 2007When I was originally asked the question What should I be when I grow up? I was just starting in the Personnel industry and the person asking me the question was a 28 year old man. Now after 20 years owning my own recruiting and staffing firm, I get asked this question daily but now the age is anywhere from 30-70. Why is this happening to people in this age group. We want more out of life than we are getting in our careers.
We want to do something that has a purpose, gives us pleasure and makes us feel valuable. If these are some of the thoughts you have had feel free to write back with your comments in feedback.
I would love to start communicating with you.
Respectfully
Patricia
